• Name
• Phone number/Email
• Custom piece idea
• Ideal sizing 
• Framed or without frame
• What date you need it by 

Once reviewed, you will be contacted by phone or email with a quote of pricing and timeframe.

If approved, full payment will be required for custom work prior to making the custom piece. 

CUSTOM PIECE PRICING IS DETERMINED BY SIZING, DETAIL, AND IF A FRAME IS WANTED OR NOT.
